I have been at CRC for 2 years and am stronger than I have ever been at 75 yrs old. The coaches are very helpful and always offer suggestions to modify the WOD to fit my ability. All the other members are fun, supportive and encourage me in my efforts to remain as fit as possible. Don't delay, if I can do it so can you!
Fantastic coaches and amazing people! The atmosphere is great. Camaraderie top notch. Workouts are fun and challenging for all levels of fitness.
I have been a member for the past several years, and have found this to be one of the best Crossfit gyms in the Cleveland area. The equipment is up to date and well maintained. The community of gym members is very supportive and welcoming to new members. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.
This is a great CrossFit box. Coaches are friendly and get to know you and your goals, strengths/weaknesses. Community is also very friendly. Highly recommend.
Great atmosphere... everyone is so friendly and encouraging. The coaches teach you everything you need to know 1:1 before throwing you into a high-intensity class. Everyone's assigined a "coach for life" who personally ensures your success... if I miss a class, I get a call the next day checking in. I can't say enough great things about this place, highly recommend.
